We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Computer Hardware, Networking & CCTV Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of computer systems, network devices, and CCTV surveillance systems.

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and repair hardware & software issues.
• Setup, configure, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, switches, routers, Wi‑Fi, and firewalls.
• Install and maintain CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and related security systems.
• Conduct regular system checks and preventive maintenance.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
• Maintain documentation of installations, service calls, and repairs.

• Diploma / ITI / Graduation in Computer Hardware, Networking, or related field.
• Proven work experience in computer hardware, networking, and CCTV installation.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux), IP addressing, and networking protocols.
• Ability to diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel to client locations when required.

• Knowledge of biometric & access control systems.
• Experience with structured cabling.
• Basic understanding of server installation and configuration.
